After the Emma the Dog experience, our worship team asked if I would be willing to do a sermon on compassion. Here it is. It is based around our second principle, “Justice, equity and compassion in human relations.” I think it was well received this morning. Enjoy.
Was great John. Generated some conversation during coffee about how many of us (including me) assume someone asking for “change” is just scamming us…and made me wonder why I don’t just assume the best.
Also inspired Kim to see this book in the library “The Lost Art of Compassion” – “Discovering the practice of happiness in the meeting of Buddhism and psychology”…which I am now reading.
