For those of you that may not have heard, there’s been some changes in my life. I’ve entered seminary to get a Master’s in Divinity at ILIFF School of Theology.
I am not sure yet exactly where this will lead, but I will make announcements out here as my process of discernment provides more clarity. My hope is that I can find a vocation that will carry a message of acceptance, peace, and personal transformation out into the larger world. I have lived deeply committed to the belief that all people deserve to be themselves and to live in a world that not only accepts them for who they are, but welcomes their diversity. Humanity, as a whole, deserves to go beyond simple tolerance, beyond event acceptance, into a realm of welcoming our differences, celebrating and learning from them. Its my hope that I can find a vocation where I get to work on building up such a world and inspiring others to do the same.
Graduate school is expensive, and our government isn’t helping — cutting subsidized student loans for graduate students to ensure that I’m also paying interest while studying, so please, keep an eye on this site. In addition to gabbing about UU principles, life, spirit and paradigm, I am also going to share thoughts about graduate school, politics, and my own journey.
Thanks for listening.
